In outlook on the menubar, click tools, then Email - Accounts

 

Choose POP3 as the email type

To get to the next screen click More Settings...

Click the Advanced tab and verify the POP3 & SMTP Ports are as follows...

Then click Ok, & Next

Note: To setup an email account with us.

1. Contact Us with the Email addresses & passwords you would like to have. If you want us to use random passwords for you, let us know.
2. We will send you an email confirmation of accout setup along with the details of the settings for your server.
3. Configure your email client of choice or, use the webmail interface.
4. Once configured you can change your password and spam settings through the web mail's interface.
